 SPECIAL NOTE:
On October 27, 2008, Master Michael Matsuda's student, C.J. Martinez,
has passed his black belt testing by successfully mastering the following forms:
     Complete Lost Monkey form     Complete Tall Monkey form
     Complete Stone Monkey form
Thus being only the third person in America to have at least mastered
three forms. He was hereby granted the rank of Sifu / teacher as a 1st degree
Black Belt. Congratulations Sifu C.J. Martinez
     Student Josh Freedman has successfully completed the Lost Monkey form
and was hereby promoted to Green Belt. Congratulations Si Hing Freedman.
